Infrastructure rollout
Stage 1 — Application submission
Complete the investor application or use the multilingual portal. Required information:
- Legal name and country of residence
- Contact email and phone
- Company or family office name (if applicable)
- Ethereum wallet address for future token delivery
- Expected allocation amount (minimum $10,000 for Round 1)
- Investment experience and source-of-funds declaration
- Explicit acknowledgement of Risk Disclosure, Token Terms, and Purchase Agreement
You receive an automated confirmation email within 24 hours if the submission is received.
Stage 2 — Initial review (5–10 business days)
Our investor relations team evaluates:
- Jurisdictional eligibility (restricted territories are declined)
- Allocation size relative to round minimums and pool availability
- Investor profile fit (accredited/qualified status where applicable)
- Completeness and consistency of application data
Outcomes: proceed to KYC, request additional information, or decline with explanation.
Stage 3 — KYC / AML verification (3–14 business days)
Approved applicants complete identity verification through Sumsub:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, within 90 days)
- Selfie / liveness check
- Enhanced due diligence for allocations above $100,000 (source-of-wealth documentation)

Stage 4 — Allocation confirmation
Upon successful KYC, you receive an allocation letter specifying:
- Confirmed USD allocation amount
- Token price tier for your round
- Estimated ENK token quantity
- Vesting schedule (cliff and linear unlock periods)
- Payment deadline and approved payment methods
You must electronically accept the Purchase Agreement before payment instructions are issued.
Stage 5 — Payment settlement
Treasury payment details are provided only after agreement execution. Accepted methods:
- USDT (Ethereum ERC-20 or Base)
- USDC (Ethereum ERC-20 or Base)
- ETH (Ethereum mainnet)
- Wire transfer (USD/EUR — institutional investors only)
Treasury confirms receipt within 48 hours of on-chain confirmation or wire settlement. Status appears in your investor dashboard.
Stage 6 — Token Generation Event & vesting
ENK tokens are delivered at TGE subject to:
- Regulatory approval in relevant jurisdictions
- Completed smart contract audits
- Successful mainnet or genesis deployment
Early Investor vesting: 12-month cliff from TGE, then 24-month linear unlock. Tokens are non-transferable during cliff. Track unlock schedule and claimable amounts in your dashboard.
