1. Who we are
T.V.K. Labs & Technologies LTD ("TVK Group", "we", "us") operates the ENTELΞKRON protocol ecosystem, websites, and early investor platform. We are committed to lawful, transparent processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, country, company, wallet address.
- Investor application data: expected allocation, investment experience, source of funds declarations.
- KYC / AML data: identity documents, verification results, and compliance records processed via Sumsub or other approved providers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session logs, and security telemetry.
- Payment references: transaction hashes, wire references, and treasury reconciliation data (we do not store private keys).
3. How we use your data
- Reviewing and processing early investor applications.
- Conducting KYC, AML, and sanctions screening.
- Managing allocations, vesting, communications, and investor relations.
- Securing the platform, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
- Improving our services and ecosystem communications with consent where required.
4. Legal bases
Depending on context, we rely on: contractual necessity, legal obligation (AML/KYC), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing cookies or optional communications).
5. Sharing & processors
We may share data with: identity verification providers (e.g. Sumsub), cloud infrastructure (e.g. Supabase, Vercel), email and support tools, professional advisers, and regulators where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Retention
Investor and KYC records are retained for the duration of the relationship and as required by applicable financial, tax, and AML laws — typically a minimum of five (5) years after account closure unless longer retention is mandated.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. Contact privacy@entelekron.org. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, rate limiting, and least-privilege administrative access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
