Early Investor Purchase Agreement (Summary Terms)
1. Parties
Seller: T.V.K. Labs & Technologies LTD · Purchaser: approved investor identified through KYC
2. Purchase
Subject to approval, the Purchaser may acquire ENK tokens at the price and allocation specified in the investor dashboard or allocation letter for the applicable round (Early Investor, Strategic, Private Sale, or Public Presale).
3. Payment
Accepted methods may include USDT (ERC-20/Base), USDC (ERC-20/Base), ETH, or wire transfer to designated treasury wallets. Payments must originate from verified sources consistent with AML declarations.
4. Vesting
Unless otherwise stated in the allocation letter, standard terms include a twelve (12) month cliff followed by twenty-four (24) months linear unlock. Custom lockups may apply to strategic allocations.
5. TGE & delivery
Token delivery occurs after Token Generation Event and successful KYC, subject to regulatory approval. Wallet address must be verified before distribution.
6. Representations
Purchaser represents that: funds are lawful; they meet eligibility requirements; they are not a restricted person; they have read the Risk Disclosure and Token Terms; and they act for their own account unless disclosed.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, contributions are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Governing law
England and Wales, subject to mandatory local law. Disputes: courts of England and Wales.
9. Signatures
Electronic acceptance via the investor platform constitutes agreement to these summary terms pending any definitive document for your allocation tier.
