ENTELΞKRON Presale

How We Handle Investor Data

Transparency summary for account creation, applications, and the investor portal. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and AML / KYC Policy.

One system — Supabase database

Presale applications and investor portal accounts are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database (Supabase). We do not use separate email-only form services for production applications, so your application and dashboard use the same system when you apply via the platform apply form or /presale/apply.html on our Vercel-hosted site.

Investor journey

  1. Create account — Email and password are stored in Supabase Auth (encrypted). Location: Authentication service.
  2. Submit application — Name, country, wallet, allocation request, source of funds, and declarations are stored in investor_applications. Status starts as pending.
  3. Linking — If you use the same email for sign-up and application, records are linked automatically to your account.
  4. Sign in — You receive a secure session cookie. No new data is stored on login.
  5. Dashboard — You see your linked application status. After compliance approval, allocation and payment records appear in token_allocations and payments.
  6. KYC — When required, identity verification is processed via our KYC provider; results are stored in kyc_records.

Where data is hosted

Database and authentication are hosted by Supabase in the region selected for our project. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorised TVK / EnteleKRON personnel.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. Contact hq@entelekron.io (investor relations) or legal@tvk.group (compliance).
