EnteleKRON Collaboration & Partnership Policy

1. Selective partner appointment

EnteleKRON selects collaborators and partners at its discretion. Applicants are expected to study official EnteleKRON materials, understand the project, support its long-term success, and explain the specific value they can contribute. Generic sales messages or unexplained service lists are not sufficient for approval.

2. Written-only official process

• Proposal assessment, questions, negotiations, approvals, and agreements are handled in writing. We do not arrange introductory or sales calls.
• Telegram may be used for initial contact. A Telegram account may be operated by an authorised team member and does not require disclosure of private personal information.
• No allocation approval, payment instruction, wallet instruction, or ENK transfer instruction is issued through Telegram.
• Only a formal written agreement issued through an official company channel can authorise work or compensation.

3. Identity, due diligence, and compliance

Before substantive review, an applicant may be required to provide a legal name, registered company details, business-domain email, authorised representative, official website, verifiable work history, references, and disclosure of any third-party provider involved. KYC/AML, sanctions, jurisdiction, conflict, and compliance checks may apply.

4. Compensation and payment rules

• EnteleKRON does not make advance or upfront payments.
• EnteleKRON does not pay collaborators in cash, fiat currency, stablecoins, BTC, ETH, or other third-party assets.
• Where compensation is approved, it is exclusively in ENK, subject to applicable law, tax treatment, compliance approval, and a signed written agreement.
• Payment becomes eligible only after deliverables are independently verified or a written milestone is formally accepted.
• No person is authorised to request an ENK transfer, fee, deposit, or wallet transaction from an applicant through Telegram.

5. Deliverables, evidence, and third parties

Proposals must identify each deliverable, relevant platform or outlet, whether placement is editorial, sponsored, syndicated, or user-generated, the responsible provider, timing, cost, permanence, expected reach, and objective evidence of completion. Applicants must not present third-party platforms as their own.

Listings, rankings, editorial coverage, verification, or approval by independent platforms, including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, exchanges, media outlets, and discovery services, cannot be guaranteed unless the platform itself provides a compliant official process.

6. Prohibited conduct

We do not approve bots, fake votes, fabricated traffic, purchased or deceptive engagement, spam, false metrics, undisclosed paid content, misleading editorial claims, impersonation, unauthorised brand use, or promises concerning token price, returns, exchange listings, or regulatory approval.

7. Security and confidentiality

Never send or request seed phrases, private keys, passwords, administrator credentials, or unofficial wallet transfers. Unsolicited submissions are not confidential unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been signed in advance.

8. Review, approval, and no commitment

Receipt, review, discussion, or acknowledgement of a proposal does not create approval, exclusivity, agency, employment, partnership, token allocation, listing commitment, or payment obligation. EnteleKRON may reject, pause, audit, or terminate an evaluation or approved engagement where legal, compliance, security, delivery, or reputational standards are not met.

If a signed agreement, applicable law, or another published legal document conflicts with this general policy, the signed agreement and applicable legal requirements take priority. This policy may be updated; the date above identifies the current version.
