Open the official investor portal, register with your email and a strong password, and follow the verification message. Existing customers should sign in to their original account rather than create another customer number.

Use the password visibility button when needed. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. Change an existing password in authenticated account settings.

Review the active sale stage, enter accurate application details and submit. Your application country and customer number are recorded in your account. A submitted application is not payment approval.

From the authenticated dashboard, follow the identity verification flow, provide requested documents through the protected provider and await the actual review outcome. Never send identity documents through social media.

Open the wallet verification section in your dashboard, select the supported network and follow the authenticated ownership challenge. Never disclose a recovery phrase or private key.

Use the Payments area of your existing account for each new order. Review the published price, stage, vesting and any approved account-bound campaign code. A promotional link is not proof of payment.

Only an eligible authenticated order may display server-issued payment instructions. The protected order-issuance flow is not currently active; do not send funds to addresses found in old screenshots or unsolicited messages.

Payment detection, final settlement, certificate generation, issuance authorization and on-chain delivery are separate milestones. Check your dashboard for independently verified status and download records only when available.
